Signs and Advertisements

Christmas Traditions

Here are two fun Christmas activities -one old and one new this year:
Norwegian Lefse
(as made by my grandmother, Thelma)
4 c. mashed red potatoes
4 c. mashed white potatoes
1/2 c. cream
8 T. soft butter
1 T. salt
4 c. flour
To prepare potatoes: peal, boil, drain and mash with potato ricer.
