We all watched Fireproof tonight. It was my first time, but my parents saw it when it came out in theater. I don’t think they have ever gone out to see a movie together–nothing much to see I guess. This one was special though. Apparently they went on a blizzardy, Monday night and there was no one else in the entire theater. 
Anyway, I thought it was pretty good. It reminds me of Alan Jackson’s, “…but love can walk through fire without blinkin’ “. I do recommend seeing the whole thing if you have the chance, but if not, here’s Fireproof in 60 seconds. Enjoy. 
Never heard of this movie. Looks pretty cute, though. I probably would like it. Thanks for the short youtube clip, it got me interested.

Fireproof was a great movie with a great message. My husband and I saw it when it came out…then we went and bought the book The Love Dare and went through the 40 Day process with each other. It was a great lesson that we too often get caught up in the emotion or feeling of love and when that fades, we grow apart and become disillusioned. Yet real love is action…it is the act of loving a person regardless of how the respond to you. It is the act of loving regardless of how you feel. It is giving the best of yourself to someone else. It was a great movie! Check out Facing The Giants by the Kendrick Brothers as well. It was a great movie (lower budget) with an incredible message!
